Bringing in the New Year with Resolutions |
| This week the Rec was filled with students. It is the first week of campus and many desire to start the year out right with exercise. This made me think about resolutions for the new year and a thought to encourage others with. Rather then resolving to a specific activity, commit to a community or group that is actively doing something you want to do. The reason students show up to the Rec is because they are WITH their friends and have a community around them that has helped them have the opportunity. I have seen significant growth in this area because of the community and friends around me. They are WITH me in exercise and activities of re-creation. Happy New Year! May the Lord and His Holy Spirit be with you in your journey of Re-Creation. |
