| Do you have a college intern in your office? This semester I have had a bunch of seniors that I barely see because of their senior internship or student teaching. I can't spend much time with them...but maybe you can! Whether its a student, an intern now or this coming summer...have you wondered how you could come alongside them, support them, and encourage them along the way? I'll be sharing some tips based on the Lord's Prayer that may be helpful in the coming updates. College Intern 101 "Our Father, who is in heaven..." Our Father - idea of intimacy and close relationship. Students long for connection with others, especially older adults. We can chose to stop seeing the intern or student as someone who can do something for us and choose to start thinking about how we can mentor and pour into them.
